EXPERIENCE
Obtained 30 years of experience in the environmental/safety consulting business specializing in asbestos,
mold, hazardous materials, indoor air quality, environmental assessments, waste permitting/handling,
safety/awareness training, project management, data analysis, regulatory agency interaction, technical
report preparation, and project cost analysis/budget preparation.
Provided indoor air quality services and mold/moisture consulting for a large banking firm in the aftermath
of Hurricane Rita. Provided mold/moisture consulting services on a large upscale high rise condominium
building for an insurance company in the aftermath of Hurricane Ike.
Designed and implemented asbestos abatement specifications and/or operations/maintenance programs
for occupied high-rise buildings, chemical plants, industrial facilities as well as local, state, and federal
facilities. Provide project management, air monitoring, and contractor oversight for the client during the
asbestos abatement phase of the project
Have provided and managed up to 5-6 air monitoring technicians for five large school districts within the
DFW area during summer renovations.
Designated technical writing reviewer for two previous employers. Experienced in cost estimating for
projects, contract administration, and proposal preparation.
Performed approximately 200 Phase I - II Environmental Site Assessments.
Performed approximately 500 indoor air quality assessments for the private and public sector over the last
ten years. Performed over 250 mold assessments on residential/commercial properties for numerous
insurance companies.
Previous experience includes work as an asbestos abatement worker, hazardous material technician, and a
construction material technician.
